Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling fees are separate from the price of item posted.

Be sure to finalize the size and choice of your items before finalizing shipment.

We advise customers to allow 2-3 days for processing your order and 5-7 days for shipping. Please note the possibilities of unavoidable delays.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

There is a 20% restocking fee for any unauthorized returns.

All sale items or discounted and 'special order' items are deemed FINAL and cannot be returned.

If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request must be approved before any order can be cancelled.

Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within the same day the order is placed.
