Received the “Egg Separator with Sto…I Gift for Women (Blue) New” (no, I have no idea what that means) in perfect shape and quickly. It separates perfectly, allowing either yolk to be spared or sent to the fishes. I’ll buy more since I don’t wash dishes by hand and only use the dishwasher once a week.It’s simple to crack the egg on the edge of the separator and pour eggs into the depressions. A teaspoon can be used to push slow whites through the strainer holes without breaking a yolk.

I separated 5 eggs for a cake I made. The separator eliminated the worry of getting egg yolk into the whites. I had the eggs at room temp but the white was a little slow to run through to the bottom bowl. It worked though. I would buy it again and recommend it.
