35 is powerful strength for teeth whitening and bc lightens faster than expected, I only use a tiny dot per tooth and had results after the first 15-min. The toothpaste is a nice addition. Bc bleach makes the tooth porous, any enamel-strengthening mouthwash would be great as well as keeping a swab ready to wipe any excess bleach solution that might get on your gums.

I am blessed with very healthy white teeth but as I have gotten older they definitely require a bit of maintenance to keep them looking their best. I previously used Crest Strips for a few days to get to get them back to their whitest but they caused some sensitivity. I recently started drinking coffee and am approaching my 5th decade so it’s been more of a challenge to keep them white. I stay fit and and have an otherwise youthful appearance but when my teeth start to get dingy I feel I look ten years older.I got a GO Smile tooth brush that uses the same blue light technology and the accompanying toothpaste has similar ingredients as this product. The results are great but It needs to be used regularly and unfortunately it’s not the best toothbrush for gum care so I have to use a Sonicare too. That’s a lot of brushing and I still felt they could be a shade or two whiter.When I saw this system and the great reviews I had to try it. Within one treatment I saw results even though my teeth were already pretty white. After 3 treatments my teeth were back to the whitest they have been in years. I just had my 6 month dental check up and my dentist asked where I had my teeth whitening done. ( I think he thought I cheated on him.) I showed him the product on my Amazon app and he said the ingredients are thesame used in professional treatments.The best part is the ease of application compared to Go Smile. I plan to do one treatment booster every 4-6 weeks to keep my teeth looking great.

I started with this product to lighten my front teeth before I get my initial impressions for a partial. With the 1st round, I went 20 minutes and noticed a nice result. With the 2nd round, I only went 10 minutes. I have outer fillings and don’t want them to stand out so trying to get as light as I can without my fillings looking weird. So far, the product is working very well!My only complaint thus far is the tray that attaches to the light is super wide at the front; nobody’s teeth are as wide as molars in the front. This means the gel has more room to NOT be on your teeth since there is such a huge gap. You learn to adjust and portion gel in a certain way to hope it stays where it needs to be.

I’ve only used this product three times so far and definitely see a major difference. Its simple to use and love the extra custom mouth peice it comes with to fit your teeth specially to you. It was easy to form and actually really neat to see as well. There isn’t much taste. Doesn’t taste good or bad. I only had a slight peroxide taste. The blue vitamin gel you use after really helps with the sensitivity so only thing I would change is adding more of that in the kit. Otherwise 5 out of 5!! Love this stuff!!

For at home whitening, I like this product. The mouth guard took some getting used to, it I watched an episode of something to keep myself distracted and it became no big deal. I LOVE the desensitizing gel and it became obvious how well it works because during one use I missed it on my bottom teeth and I could feel them the whole next day. The flavor is not great but honestly it’s chemicals you’re putting in your mouth, what do you expect? My only complaint is that you don’t receive enough desensitizing gel as you do whitening gel (only 1 syringe of desensitizing to 3 of whitening) and my teeth would not thank me if I used the whitening without the other 😬. Also, as a heads up, right after each application I had REALLY bright spots on my teeth like it only whitened in a few areas. However, in the morning it was evened out.
