Text-based logo designs are text only. No images, clip-art, or vector of any kind will be implemented into these designs.
Shipping Policy
DELIVERY
Turn around time begins once payment or proof of payment is submitted. It is extremely important for CREATIVEPRENEUR.BAH to complete projects in a timely manner. However, due to the uniqueness of each project & client, more time may be needed for satisfied completion. Please be advised that this relates only to business days (TUESDAY-SATURDAY).
Sunday, Monday & holidays are not included in the time frame of any projects.
Logo projects will be delivered in the JPG, PDF or PNG format. Print files are sent over in PDF and PNG format.
Photoshop PSD files are available for an additional fee.
DRAFTS
Draft images of any kind are for the purpose of approval only. They may not be copied, manipulated, or distributed to any other person or company other than those directly involved with the project without prior permission from CREATIVEPRENEUR.BAH. Draft files of design are property of CREATIVEPRENEUR.BAH and shall not be used in any matter or posted onto Social Media.
Refund Policy
We accept returns up to 2 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at labellazinc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You can initiate a return for most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment.
