Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Returns
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we offer, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have seven (7) calendar days to make a request for store credit, from the date you received it. Your request must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Please clearly state the reason for your dissatisfaction.
Refunds
Due to our "no returns" policy, we are unable to offer refunds. However, after submitting your request for store credit, we will immediately notify you on the status of your request. If your request is approved, we will send you a token for store credit or discount code of the approved value of the credit.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You can initiate a return for most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment.
