Oh, what a great find for a cappuccino lover like me! A nifty little contraption, and at such a great price too!The most awesomest thing- Zulay’s customer service. The first one I bought stopped working within a couple weeks of use. So I contacted cust svc. Received a very prompt and friendly response from their “Kitchen Happiness Specialist.” Apparently a certain batch had faulty motor or something. They said they’d be happy to send me a replacement free of charge. So I sent my address. I received another email saying I need not send them the old one back. AND they said they’ll send me an extra one too!! Soon enough, I found a package in my mailbox, wrapped up in nice holiday themed gift wrap. Opened it, and voila- there were 2 milk frothers sitting inside, just as the Happiness Specialist promised! 5 stars for Zulay’s Kitchen people.Now I got me not one, but two of these awesome cappuccino makers!! Love it!!

So the first frother we got stopped working after couple of weeks — tried swapping out several new batteries in it, but to no avail. Processed a return w/replace option and new one came right away. This one seems to be working like a charm. TIP: Make sure the bottom battery is ALL THE WAY PUSHED DOWN before installing the upper battery. I regretted not seeing the note from seller to contact them first and they would do everything in their power to address any issues — it’s awesome to see such great customer service! Unit is made in U.S. and backed up by a solid company. Highly recommend!!

update 02/04/2020: seller contacted me after submitting a ‘warranty’ on this product. They sent me a new frother that works SOOOOO much better. Sometimes you get the dud, but the company made it right and that is appreciated. Upgrading to 5 stars!This absolutely sucks. Doesn’t matter how thick or thin the liquid you’re trying to blend is, as soon as it is submerged it loses all power. Don’t waste your money.

I use this little aerator to make my cold coffee foamy. I use it every day, every morning. It is well worth the money (i.e., not expensive) for what is used for. In concept, it’s cool in that It definitely does its job; however, I was not aware that you had to depress the button at the top the whole time you need to use it. With arthritis in my thumbs, this quickly becomes uncomfortable. . The other aerator I owned had a sliding “bar” on the side you could just slide up or down to make it operate or stop, as needed. Replacing the batteries is difficult & I also am not a fan of the top of the counter holder/”stand” that comes with it. If not in that holder, it just has to lay on its side on the counter. (Maybe it could be made with a flat bottom???) All in all, it has its little problems, in my opinion, but it does do what it is advertised to do. From the price point, it is a good value. I just have some minor issues with it.

I did not know I needed this in my life. I saw a video of someone obsessed with the drink, London fog (earl grey tea, vanilla & milk), and she offhandedly mentioned you can easily make your own if you get a frother. Thank you other reviewers for ranking this so high.At home I mostly make different versions of drip coffee because frothers seemed so “extra”. So to put this little guy together, you do need 2 double A batteries. It comes with a little stand. I made a very strong drip coffee (blue bottle Bella Donovan), warmed up whole milk in the microwave, stuck the frother in the middle of the milk, wiggled it around a bit, and poured it into my mug. Added 3 tsp of sugar, I like it sweet, it was so good!!! So perfect. Plus the side of the box has a QR code with a link to some recipes, a coupon and it automatically registers your warranty. Pretty awesome! I’ve only made 1 drink but I’m super excited for future matcha lattes and practicing latte art. Also! my coffee shop costs like $5 almost $6 for a latte, I’m lactose intolerant so every latte I have to pay $0.70 more. I just hate that, overall this will save me money and I get my cozy, caffeine fix in the comfort of my own home!
