2.Where is my order?
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status.
3.Tips for shipping:

·2.Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column cannot be compensated.
·3.PO Box or BFPO is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Non delivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by us.
·4. Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in your country's facility. After it arrives in your country, please allow 5-7 days more for the package to reach you.

4.Incorrect address
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:
·If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
·We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all of the items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse) If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged. Our daily order cut-off time is set at 5:00 PM (GMT-5). For example, if we receive payment for your orders at 5:01 PM on the 19th of the month, the fulfillment time will be calculated starting from the 20th. Fulfilment times vary. If the last day of fulfillment day happens to be Sunday, then the fulfillment time will be automatically postponed by one day because the shipping companies will not collect the package until Monday. No handling fee, no shipping fee you only pay for the product costs.
We provide logistics tracking number once you place an order. You will receive it after placing your order in an order confirmation email. Check your email inbox. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number and you can check the status of your order at any time. You can also contact us, we are glad to help.
